1. Agreement
By playing Operation Roaring Lion you agree to these terms with Magnetic Labs Inc ("we"). If you don't agree, please don't play.
2. The game
Operation Roaring Lion is a real-time strategy game that runs in your web browser. It uses real places, real equipment designations and published figures, but its nations, factions, people, units and events are fictional. It isn't a simulation of any real operation, and nothing in it is a source of real-world information. The game depicts armed conflict and is meant for players aged 13 and over.
You can play without an account. Your campaign is saved on your device. Once the store opens, the first days of each campaign are free and the rest of the two-week mandate is the Full Campaign, a one-off purchase. Until then the whole campaign is free.
Accounts and purchases are provided by Magnetic Labs Inc through Earth Ablaze accounts and are covered by its terms of sale, including refunds within 14 days. A purchase is checked from a signed licence kept in your browser; go online at least every 90 days to keep it current.
3. Acceptable use
Please don't copy, resell or redistribute the game or its content, interfere with or overload the servers it runs on, or use it in any way that breaks the law.
4. Availability
We work to keep the game running well, but we don't guarantee it will be available without interruption, free of bugs, or work on every device or browser. The map depends on third-party terrain data. We may update the game, which can change how it plays.
5. Intellectual property
The game, its code, sound and text belong to Magnetic Labs Inc or its licensors. Map data comes from Natural Earth and AWS Terrain Tiles under their open licences. Real equipment is named descriptively; its portrayal is fictional and implies no endorsement by its makers or by any government.
6. Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from playing it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. They're governed by the laws of Nevada, United States, without taking away any protection the mandatory law of your own country gives you.
