Privacy policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Accounts and payments for every Earth Ablaze game are handled by Magnetic Labs Inc. See the accounts privacy policy. Everything below is about gameplay.

The short version: the game runs in your browser and you don't need an account to play. It sends a few anonymous counts about how campaigns go, tied to a random number made on your device, not to you.

1. Who is responsible

Magnetic Labs Inc, 1930 Village Center Circle #3-6537, Las Vegas, NV 89134, United States. Privacy questions go to privacy@earthablaze.com.

2. What we collect

The simulation runs on your device. While you play, the game sends these events to our own server: a session started, a campaign started or resumed, the war began, the campaign ended (won or lost, the game day, the grade and score, how much of the programme was destroyed, kilograms seized and the breakout reached), the store was shown, a checkout or sign-in was started or finished, a code was redeemed. Each carries a random id made on your device the first time you play, and nothing else: no account, email, IP address or device details. We use them to see how far players get and whether the game is too hard or too easy. They're kept for two years, then deleted automatically.

You can check: open your browser's developer tools and watch the Network tab. You'll see the game's own files, map tiles, and requests to /api/event with exactly the fields above.

Accounts and purchases

Signing in and buying go through the shared Earth Ablaze accounts service at accounts.earthablaze.com, covered by its privacy policy and terms of sale. Payments are taken by Stripe; the game never sees your card. When you sign in, the game keeps a session cookie (__Host-ea_session) so it knows who you are, and a short-lived one during sign-in itself. It shows a masked form of your email in the account chip and doesn't store it. What you own is kept in your browser as a signed licence, so purchases work offline for up to 90 days at a time. The game stores nothing tied to your account on its own server.

3. Who sees your IP address

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in delivering the game.

4. What stays on your device

In your browser's local storage: sound, music and radio chatter settings, the campaign you're playing (so a reload, sign-in or checkout doesn't lose it), the random statistics id, and, if you buy, your signed licence and the keys that check it. Clearing the site's data removes them all. The only cookies are the sign-in ones above, and only once you sign in.

5. Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to delete it. The game's own server holds only the anonymous events above, which we can't link to you; for your account and purchases, use the account page or the accounts privacy policy. You can still write to privacy@earthablaze.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the EU, UK or Switzerland you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Support

Help and support for every Earth Ablaze game is at support.earthablaze.com. If you contact support, what you send is covered by the support privacy page. The game adds only its build number and the page you were on to the contact form, and you see both before you send.

6. What we don't do

7. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so here and update the date at the top.
